What is the total delivery time for my order?

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts, the processing time and the shipping time, as shown below.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves our building. Shipping time is from when the item leaves our building to when it arrives at your door. See shipping time below.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Each product is shipped from our processing center in Arizona.

The processing time is normally 24 hours.  However, depending on a larger than anticipated order volume the processing time could be delayed.  Rest assured, if there is a delay, we will be doing everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible, while maintaining our high quality standards.

The shipping time varies based on where the order is shipped.  The shipping time is normally 3-5 business days.
