This episode is a really great starter on candles
and aromatherapy. We take the time to go through a number of
different scents and how they can effect your mood, your outlook on
life, and how aromatherapy could even effect you financially.
In this episode, we talk with you about doing a little spring cleaning and maybe doing a little decorating with some scented jar candles.
Focusing on the sights and scents in your home, you can create that
springtime feel (even if we still have a few weeks of wintertime weather
left).
We sit down with Sarah to talk about different candle
scents. Did you know a specific scent you might like says a lot about
your personality? For example, did you know that if you enjoy Cinnamon
scented candles, like our Cinnamon Chai Wood Wick Candle,
that you’re an awesome communicator that can’t help but speak with your
hands? This is a very entertaining podcast and certainly worth a
listen.
We had the opportunity to sit down with CJ “The Candle Lady” and talk about her experiences with candles
and children. She has some very interesting insights into candle safety
and how to introduce candles into your children’s lives. Whether you’re
burning scented jar candles, pillar candles, or even just tealight candles, you need to think about your children and this podcast may have some topics you haven’t thought about.
We sit down with Cassie in this episode of the Timeless Candles
Podcast and talk with her about growing up around candles and why they
are so important to her life. They also talk about safety around kids
and candles and what you can do to protect yourself and your family, while enjoying all kinds of candles.
Timeless Candles has opened their doors to the public, and have begun their fundraising for breast cancer research.
According to the American Cancer Society there are currently about 3
million women living with breast cancer in America and that one third of
them don’t even know they have cancer. She also pointed out that unless
things change nearly 205,000 women will die from breast cancer in the
next five years.
“My dream would be that on the one week anniversary of our opening,
Friday July 7th, people all across America would light a candle they
bought from Timeless Candles in support of finding a cure for breast
cancer,” Mary Richardson said.
This podcast has a touching message from Mary Richardson and their company decision to donate 100% of
their first week’s profits to Breast Cancer Research.
Mary from Timeless Candles explores candles and the prominent role in our lives.
Whether it’s Memorial Day here in the United States or Dia del Muerto
down in Mexico, celebrating a wedding or a special family holiday meal,
candles are an integral part in how we express our pain and joy - which
is a pretty unique function of candles.
When dealing with candles it doesn’t take long before you’re
inundated with all the virtues of “soy” for candles.I got Mary, one of
the owners of Timeless Candles, to sit down with me and help cut through the hype and give us the straight scoop on the ins and outs of Soy Candles.
